Meeting Goal: to shape the collective impact of corporations, non-profits, educational and governmental entities, and others who share the desire to increase the numbers of Hispanics entering the workforce with graduate degrees in computation-based disciplines.
Expected Outcome: Articulation of a common agenda, shared measurements, communication plan, and alignment of reinforcing activities among all participants.
Travel: The recommended airport to fly into is San Jose International Airport, which is 15 miles from the heart of Palo Alto. Book flights at least 30 days in advance of the meeting.
Transportation: Attendees are responsible for transportation from the airport to/from hotel. Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to/from meetings, restaurant, and tour. A schedule will be provided.
Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved under NSF INCLUDES CAHSI. If you request a room during registration prior to December 23, we will reserve a room for you. Upon check-in, you are required to provide a credit card for incidentals.
